Our gateway facilities provides you with redundant and uninterruptible AC/DC power supplies. This high availability is based on a state-of-the-art UPS system and a Diesel-powered emergency generator so we can bypass power shortages for 24 hours and more.

All colocation areas are fitted with raised floors and our racks are using hot aisle/cold aisle setups to provide optimal cooling capacity.

air conditioning

The air conditioning of our colocation areas are permanently monitored by network operation centers. All environmental details like temperature and humidity are continously monitored.

biometrical security

All our gateway facility are using state-of-the-art security systems based on access badges, palm scanning recognition and non-stop video surveillance. Server racks with own key locks provide you with a high level of security you need to house your business critical server systems.

Gateway fire prevention and extinguishing systems

Of course we are providing the latest fire prevention and extinguishing systems based on heat measuring and particle filtering to ensure that all fire related incidents are recognized in no time.

100 Mbit network connectivity

Our servers are connected to the internet with 100Mbit Full-Duplex uplinks. If you need more bandwidth we can provide you with uplinks up to several GBits.

Native IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity

We can provide you with IPv4 and IPv6 ip addresses or ranges, free of charge. IPv6 is not based on tunneling protocols, but natively routed by our equipment.

Extensive graphical reporting

Needless to say we offer for each of our server systems a graphical reporting interface to monitor your traffic consumption on server, ip and switchport level. If you would like to monitor your services also we can offer you access to a extensible service monitoring platform.

10GBit/s external uplink connectivity

We are maintaining our own autonomous system (AS45031), which is connected via several redundant 10GBit/s uplinks.

24/7/365 customer support

Our customer support is available at all times. If you lost your ability to remotely access your server a technician can be on site in about 30 minutes.
