Upload your own logo, pick any color value, command Providerbox to look like your company’s corporate identity. Use a unique subdomain or even your own domain. All is done in a couple of minutes’ work and without any programming skills.

Start page tailored
With an easy to use editor, tailor the start page to what you want it to be. Providerbox offers different start pages for end customers and for resellers, which can be totally different from one another.
Sub-Logins
If your customers need assistance to start new or administer current products, you can at any time log into their accounts and set everything up for them. So, if you want to do management for your customers, this enables you to get full access to their accounts.
Linked intelligently
Directly from the products, jump to your customers’ account details, where you can use a sub-login or update their profiles.
Detailed view with all information and every functionality
In the detailed view, you find all available information on the selected product and have access to every functionality. You see when the product was created, how much it costs, what the billing interval is and which customer it is associated with. With one click, you change over to the account details and engage a sub-login.
Billing simplified
The billing module provides a unified summary of all billing data and produces comprehensive overviews on individual products. In addition, it generates an export of all billing data to a neutral CSV file, which in turn can be imported by most common billing software packages.
Administration of Sub-Resellers
Transform an end customer into a reseller with one click - one who can sell your Providerbox products under their own brand. Your Resellers can of course use all Providerbox features, develop their own design and in turn can generate accounts for their own end users and, again, their own resellers. You decide which modules are made available to your resellers’ disposal and at what prices they can offer the products.
Easy White-Labeling
As you can do design-wise, all product names and descriptions can be changed. You can even edit any e-mail sent by Providerbox und customize the templates according to your own demands.
Customer administration
Here you can get a birds-eye view of your customers’ activities, seach for specific criteria, use quick links or move to a detailed view. At your discretion, you can individually assign selected modules to your customers, update contact data or reset passwords.
Search well thought-out
Providerbox employs a carefully crafted search function to help you find exactly the data you are looking for - especially in extensive listings. The search function keeps the current results saved and remembers its findings across the switch-over to other menu categories. So, if you find yourself wanting to fine-tune settings in a different menu view without losing your initial search results, you are good to go and will find your hit list waiting for you right where you left it.
Product overview with quick links
All major product functionality within Providerbox can be accessed directly from the the individual products’ overview pages. If for example you aim to stop or delete all of a customer’s servers, all you need to do is to search for that customer on the servers overview page and hit the corresponding stop buttons instead of having to laboriously hunt down every single server’s detailed view.
You decide on the price tags
You can use a dedicated menu to comfortably set the pricing for all Providerbox products. Conveniently lay down your own prices for any product and grant individual free test periods. Right next to the input fields, you always keep your own purchase price in view. What’s more, you can generate additional price lists which you can assign to single oder groups of customers, making it easy to give a discount or realize different pricing models altogether. Naturally, Providerbox differentiates between end customer and reseller pricings, which you can enter independently.
Contact form built in
The customer support area of Providerbox can be fashioned individually as well and facilitates entering your own phone and fax numbers and also enables you to set your support contact e-mail address. Furthermore, you can insert messages of your own writing, if maybe you want to inform your customers on your support hours. Alongside your customer care contact data there’s an adaptable contact form available, giving you all required information on both customers and products, thus providing your customers with a readily accessible way to reach you.
